Florida Network Property Management, LLC. Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure

Florida Network Property Management, LLC. is required by federal guidelines to disclose certain information to prospective Customers.  We are required to disclose any affiliations that may exist with other companies that will be providing real estate related services required during your transaction, that compensation will be received for those services and that you are not required to use an affiliated company for those services.

Therefore you are hereby notified that Florida Network Property Management, LLC (“FNPM”), Gibraltar Title Services, LLC (“Gibraltar Title Services”), Florida Network LLC d/b/a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty (“Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty”), HomeServices Relocation, LLC, and Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC are part of a family of companies (the “Affiliated Companies”), and each may refer to you the services of another.  FNPM, Gibraltar Title Services, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, HomeServices Relocation, LLC, and Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC are each wholly owned by HomeServices of America, Inc., either directly or through one or more subsidiaries.  Because of these relationships, the referral of a customer (including you) by any of the Affiliated Companies to another may provide the referring company, its affiliates, and/or its employees with a financial or other benefit.

You are not required to utilize any of the Affiliated Companies who are related and /or affiliated with Florida Network Property Management, LLC.  It is not a requirement to do so.

In order to offer you the best service we share information regarding your transaction with our Affiliated Companies.  If you object to this practice, please notify us in writing and we will not disclose any transactional information.
